中西医结合治疗妇科内分泌失调临床观察

Analysis on the Clinical Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Gynecological Endocrine Disorders

目的探讨中西医结合治疗妇科内分泌失调的临床效果。方法选取2017年8月-2018年10月就诊的100例妇科内分泌失调患者,对照组50例给予西药治疗,观察组50例给予中西医联合治疗,比较2组患者临床疗效,观察患者治疗前后的激素FSH和E2水平的变化。结果观察组患者的临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗前的FSH和E2水平比较无差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的FSH水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的E2水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对妇科内分失调患者给予中西医结合治疗,能明显提升患者临床疗效,改善患者激素FSH和E2的分泌水平,具有积极的推广价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of gynecological endocrine disorders. Methods A total of 100 patients with gynecological endocrine disorders were treated with western medicine from August 2017 to October 2018. Fifty of them were included in the control group. Another 50 cases were included in the observation group combined with traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The clinical efficacy of the patients was compared. The changes of FSH and E2 levels before and after treatment were observed. Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). There was no difference in the levels of FSH and E2 before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the level of FSH in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the level of E2 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of gynecological internal disorders with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients, and improve the secretion of hormones FSH and E2, which has a positive promotion value.
