中医综合疗法联合西药治疗颈性眩晕临床观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Comprehensive Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Cervical Vertigo

目的探究中医综合疗法联合西药治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法选取2016年7月-2018年6月接受治疗的颈性眩晕患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为2组,各40例。对照组行西医治疗,观察组在其基础上联合中医综合疗法。比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分及血流动力学参数变化。结果相比于对照组,观察组总有效率及RVA、LVA及BA水平均较高,治疗后中医证候积分、睡眠障碍、睡眠时间、入睡时间、睡眠效率、安眠药物、日间功能评分较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医综合疗法联合西药治疗颈性眩晕具有较好效果,患者临床症状得到缓解,睡眠质量得到改善,血流动力学各参数均恢复正常,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of cervical vertigo.Methods 80 patients with cervical vertigo who received treatment in our hospital from July 2016 to June 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was combined with comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine.The clinical efficacy and hemodynamic parameters of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate and the levels of RVA,LVA and BA in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine has a good effect in the treatment of cervical vertigo,the clinical symptoms of the patients have been alleviated,and the parameters of hemodynamics have returned to normal,which is worth popularizing and applying.
