颈椎手法牵引复位联合舒适护理在颈椎病患者中的应用效果

The Application Effect of Cervical Manual Traction Reduction Combined with Comfortable Nursing in Patients with Cervical Spondylosis

目的探讨颈椎手法牵引复位联合舒适护理在颈椎病患者中的应用效果。方法选择2017年8月-2019年6月收治的80例颈椎病患者,采用随机数字表法分为2组,各40例。在颈椎手法牵引复位的基础上,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用舒适护理,比较2组临床疗效、生活质量。结果干预后,较对照组相比,观察组总有效率高、WHOQOL-BREF各维度评分高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颈椎病患者采用颈椎手法牵引复位联合舒适护理可提高治疗效果,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of cervical manual traction reduction combined with comfortable nursing in patients with cervical spondylosis. Methods From August 2017 to June 2019, 80 patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into two groups(with 40 cases in each group). On the basis of manual traction reduction of cervical vertebrae, routine nursing was used in the control group and comfortable nursing in the observation group. The clinical efficacy and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the score of each dimension of WHOQOL-BREF of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Cervical vertebrae combined with comfortable nursing of the patients with the cervical approach traction reduction can improve the treatment effect and the quality of life of the patients.
