摘要
在订购批量包含缺陷品且缺陷率为随机变量的情形下,考虑在产品检验时采用抽样检验且对缺陷品进行折价处理,建立以零售商期望利润最大化为目标的库存模型,分析模型并给出模型的求解程序。研究表明:与SJ模型、LWM模型相比,本库存模型当缺陷率增大时最优利润差变化更加明显,说明本模型应用更加广泛。
When an order batch contains defective products and the defect rate is a random variable,sampling inspection would be used to screen out defective products,which would be sold at a discount.In this study,an inventory model aiming at the retailer’s expected profit maximization is established.The model is analyzed and the solution procedure of the model is given.The results show that compared with SJ model and LWM model,when the defect rate increases,the optimal profit margin changes more obviously,which shows that the model is more widely used.
