高职院校“四位一体”学生资助模式研究——以襄阳职业技术学院为例

高职院校的主要工作是育人,学生资助是高职院校工作的重要组成部分,因此学生资助工作要由单一经济资助功能向多元育人功能拓展。构建“经济资助精准到位、心理援助激励上进、学业帮助促其成材、就业扶助搭建平台”的高职院校“四位一体”学生资助模式,有利于实现学生资助工作的全面育人功能。

The main task of higher vocational colleges is to educate people,and student subsidy is an important part of the work of higher vocational colleges,so it should be expanded from single economic aid function to multiple education function.The construction of a"four-in-one"student aid model in higher vocational colleges is conducive to the realization of the overall educational function of student aid work.
