案例教学法在理论法学课堂中的融入机制研究

摘要 基于SWOT分析法,可以对案例教学法的优势、劣势、机会和弱点做出全方位解构。通过SWOT分析,可以发现,案例教学法不但适用于应用法学学科,亦可适用于理论法学课堂。与此同时,必须对案例教学法在理论法学课堂的融入设定一些基准,从而规范案例教学法的使用,充分发挥案例教学法的积极效应。即在对案例进行选择时,应充分考量案例的典型性和数量性,从而优化理论法学的课堂教学。 Based on SWOT analysis method,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and weaknesses of case teaching method can be deconstructed in an all-round way.Through SWOT analysis,it can be found that case teaching method is not only applicable to applied law,but also to theoretical law classroom.At the same time,we must set some benchmarks for the integration of case teaching method into theoretical law class,so as to standardize the use of case teaching method and give full play to the positive effect of case teaching method.That is to say,when choosing cases,we should fully consider the typicality and quantity of cases,so as to optimize the classroom teaching of theoretical jurisprudence.
