Summary of Data Security in Cloud Computing Environment

云计算是指通过互联网将计算机资源按需服务使用。它主要基于传统上存储在用户计算机上的数据和应用程序,发展为由第三方机构拥有、管理和提供服务的远程服务器(数据中心)。文章概述了云计算中的数据安全问题,阐述云环境带来的与数据安全相关的主要问题,并针对每类问题,都给出了用于保护云中数据的通用解决方案。

Cloud computing refers to the use of computer resources as an on-demand service over the Internet.It is mainly based on data and applications traditionally stored on users computers.It has developed into a remote server(data center)owned,managed and provided by a third party organization.This article outlines data security issues in cloud computing.The main problems related to data security brought by cloud environment are discussed.These problems are divided into three categories:1.Compared with traditional infrastructure,data security problems caused by single cloud feature;2.Data security issues caused by data lifecycle in cloud computing(storage,use,and transmission of data);3.Data security issues(confidentiality,integrity,and availability)related to data security attributes.For each type of problem,a general solution for protecting data in the cloud is given.
