苏州市机构医养结合养老服务的成效调查与评价

Investigation and Evaluation of the Effect of Institutional Services of "Combination of Medical Treatment and Nursing Care" in Suzhou

苏州市老龄化现象越来越严重,医养结合养老服务的总体需求也随之扩大。课题组采用自制的质量评价量表对苏州市机构医养结合养老服务成效进行了调查研究。数据表明,老人的总体满意度较高,养老服务质量评价良好。但医养一体化程度不高、服务不够规范化以及专业人才队伍不坚实等成为苏州市机构医养结合发展的难题,可从医疗和养老资源的融合、管理和评估体系的建立及人才队伍的建设等方面着力改进。

The aging in Suzhou is becoming more and more serious,so the overall demand for the combination of medical and health care services is also increasing.The research group used the self-made quality evaluation scale to investigate the effect of the combination of medical and health care in Suzhou.The data shows that the overall satisfaction of the elderly is high,and the quality of pension service is good.However,the low degree of integration of medical and health care,the lack of standardized services and the lack of solid professional personnel have become the problems of the combined development of medical and health care in Suzhou.Therefore,efforts can be made to improve the integration of medical and health care resources,the establishment of management and evaluation system and the construction of talent team.
