摘要
大数据是知识社会创新2.0推动教育实现现代化治理的助推剂。政府利用大数据进行教育治理的变革过程中,存在教育网络治理环境不佳、政府职能转变不到位、政府引导市场资金投入不足、多元共治能力不足等问题,导致教育治理进程缓慢。由此,通过搭建依托大数据的“四维一体”模式,同步实现网络治理环境、政府顶层设计、市场资金创投、多元智慧共治的共享式治理,从而实现以大数据为基础的教育现代化善治模式。
Big data is the booster of knowledge society Innovation 2.0 to promote the modernization of education.In the process of educational governance reform with big data,there are some reasons,such as poor environment of educational network governance,inadequate transformation of government functions,inadequate investment of government-guided market funds,inadequate capacity of multi-governance and so on,which lead to the slow progress of educational governance.Thus,by building a"four-dimensional integration"model relying on big data,we can synchronously realize the shared governance of network governance environment,top-level government design,market capital venture capital,and Multi-wisdom governance,and realize the good governance model of education modernization based on big data.
