校地共建图书馆运行模式研究

Study on the Running Mode of Building the Library by the School and Local Governments

图书馆的校地共建,是图书馆建设与运行的模式创新。它既可以充分利用高校图书馆丰富的馆藏资源和专业化服务,又可以解决公共图书馆发展不均衡的问题。校地共建本来应该是一个双赢的结果,但是,在实践中既有成功的典范,又不乏失败的案例。文章对其形成的原因进行了初步的分析,并提出可行性方案。

The co-construction of library by the School and Local Governments is the innovation of Library's construction and operation mode.It can not only make full use of the rich collection resources and professional services of university libraries,but also solve the problem of unbalanced development of public libraries.It is supposed to be a win-win result.However,in practice,there are both successful models and failed cases.What is the reason?This article has carried on the preliminary analysis to this,and proposed the feasible plan.
