摘要
高校学生党员发展质量保障体系为:完善组织设置,选好配齐党建工作队伍是前提;建立党员发展标准,健全规章制度是基础;注重过程管理,严格发展程序是关键;加强教育培养,教育管理相结合是重点。
The quality assurance system for the development of Members of the Communist Party of China in colleges and universities is:perfecting the organizational setup and selecting the right team for the party building are the premise;establishing the development standards for party members and improving the rules and regulations are the foundation;focusing on process management and strict development procedures are the key;strengthening the combination of education and training and education management is the focus.
