A Study of Chinese-English Translation of"A Rainy Evening"from the Three-dimensional Perspective in Eco-translatology

生态翻译学把译者放在主体地位,把翻译看作是进行选择性适应与适应性选择的过程,翻译方法概括为“三维”转换,即在“多维度适应与适应性选择”的原则下,语言维、文化维和交际维在译文中进行适应性选择转换。《雨夕》英译文中,译者灵活进行三维转换,适应新的翻译生态环境,提高翻译的“整合适应选择度”。

Eco-translatology puts translators in the dominant position and views translation as a process of selective adaptation and adaptive selection.In eco-translatology,translation methods can be summarized as"three-dimensional"transformations,that is,under the principle of"multi-dimensional adaptation and adaptive selection",the dimensions of language,culture and communication are adaptively selected and transformed in target text.In the English version of"A Rainy Evening",the translator is flexible in three-dimensional transformation to adapt to the new eco-environment of the target language and to improve the degree of integration,adaptation and selection of translation.
