Progress and Recommendations of PPP Projects in Healthcare Institutions

政府和社会资本合作(Public-Private Partnership,PPP)模式在我国医疗服务行业得到了广泛应用,并取得了阶段性成果,有效解决了医疗服务行业面对的结构性难题。本文旨在通过研究医疗PPP项目的发展状况和典型案例,揭示医疗PPP项目应用方面的问题,提出几点适合我国国情的关于医疗服务行业PPP模式发展的意见。

Public-Private Partnership(PPP)model has been widely used in China's healthcare institutions,and has achieved phased results in solving the structural problems faced by the healthcare institutions.This paper aimed to study the development and typical cases of medical PPP projects,so as to reveal problems in the application of PPP model in medical projects,and to put forward suggestions on the development of PPP models in the healthcare institutions based on China's national conditions.
