Effect Analysis of Prescription Pre-Audit in Outpatient Department

目的实施药师前置审方,减少患者取药跑动次数。方法创建前置审方全流程,搭建审方组织架构,确定审方方式和流程,成立审方药师团队,明确审方内容,运用审方系统开展前置审方工作,不断完善用药规则,实现审方闭环管理。结果实施前置审方,减少了患者取药跑动次数,提高了处方合格率,通过了HIMSS(门诊)六级评审。结论基于患者“最多跑一次”改革,实施前置审方,让患者用药更合理、更安全,提升就医体验。

Objective To explore the effect of prescription pre-audit of pharmacist on reducing patients'visits.Methods For prescription pre-audit,we set up the whole process,established the organization,determined the way and process,organized a team of pharmacists,defined the content of audit,used the prescription system to conduct prescription pre-audit,continuously improved medication rules,and realized the closed loop management of prescription pre-audit.Results The implementation of prescription reduced patients'visits,improve the pass rate of prescription,and helped the hospital pass the HIMSS(outpatient)level 6 review.Conclusion Implementing prescription pre-audit based on"Patient visit once"reform made the medication more reasonable and more secure,and improved the experience of medical service seeking.
