Development and Application of Hospital Human Resource Management Information System

通过对我院人力资源管理现状进行梳理,分析在人力资源管理过程中面临的问题及需求,阐述了我院人力资源管理信息系统的开发和应用情况,利用该系统完成人事信息数据的结构化、标准化,实现人事信息与医院其他信息系统的实时共享交互,建立职工自助服务平台,改善了职工服务体验及满意度,提升了医院人力资源管理水平。

This paper analyzed the problems and demands faced in human resources management in our hospital through combing the current situation of human resources management,and expounded the development and application of human resources management information system.The system was used to structure and standardize personnel information data,and the real-time sharing and interaction between personnel information system and other hospital information systems was realized and self-service platform for staff was set up.Through the system,the service experience and satisfaction of staff and the level of human resources management were improved.
