摘要
发动机螺旋锥齿轮硬化层剥落导致齿轮失效,采用宏观、金相显微组织检查分析等方法对齿轮进行分析。结果表明:该齿轮因啮合、加工、材料等原因产生接触疲劳进而引起硬化层剥落最终导致齿轮失效。
The spalling of the hardened layer of an engine spiral bevel gear can cause gear failure.Such methods as macro and metallographic microstructure inspection and analysis were used for gear analysis.The results show that the gear failed due to the spalling of the hardened layer because of contact fatigue due to engagement,processing,materials and other reasons.
