摘要
单晶材料的优异性能和应用前景已经引起人们广泛关注,溶液法制备单晶是当前应用最多的方法.从单晶的生长原理方面分析各个制备方法的特点和注意事项,总结了常温溶液法、水热法和扩散法.
The excellent properties and application prospects of single crystal materials have attracted wide attention. Solution method is the most widely used method at present. In this paper,the characteristics and precautions of each preparation method are analyzed from the growth principle of single crystal,and the normal temperature solution method,hydrothermal method and diffusion method are summarized.
