摘要
探索10周FIFA11+综合热身训练对大学男子足球运动员膝关节力学及屈伸肌等速肌力的影响.实验将30名大学体育专业足球队队员随机分为FIFA11+实验组和对照组,每组15人,均以右腿作为踢球优势腿(非支撑腿).实验前实验组与对照组球员生理机制与运动技巧间不存在显著差别.实验组接受为期10周FIFA11+综合热身训练(每周3次、每次20 min),对照组进行常规热身训练.实验后收集运动员在不同角速度下膝关节峰值力矩(PT)、峰值功率(PP)和常规强度比(CSR),对比实验前后及与对照组的屈伸肌等速肌力差别.实验结果表明:经过10周FIFA11+综合热身训练,实验组球员在60°/s的角速度屈伸时,优势腿的峰值力矩、峰值功率和常规强度比均显著提升,且显著高于对照组;实验组球员在180°/s的角速度屈伸时,优势腿的峰值力矩和常规强度比显著高于对照组,峰值功率未见显著性变化;实验组球员在300°/s的角速度下等速肌力的常规强度比具备显著性差异.研究认为10周FIFA11+综合热身训练能明显增强大学生足球运动员的膝关节力学强度和屈伸肌等速肌力.
The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of 10-week FIFA11 + comprehensive warm-up training on knee mechanics and isokinetic muscle strength of flexor and extensor muscles in college male football players. In this experiment,30 members of college sports professional football team are randomly divided into the FIFA11 + experimental group and the control group,with 15 members in each group taking the right leg as the dominant leg( non-supporting leg). Before the experiment,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in physiological mechanism and motor skills. The experimental group receive FIFA + comprehensive warm-up training for 10 weeks( 3 times a week,20 minutes each time),while the control group receive routine warm-up training. After the experiment,the athletes’ peak moment of knee joint( PT),peak power( PP) and conventional intensity ratio( CSR) were collected at different angular speeds,and the differences of flexor and extensor isokinetic muscle strength before and after the experiment are compared with the control group. The experimental results show that after 10 weeks of FIFA11 + comprehensive warm-up training,the peak torque,peak power and conventional intensity ratio of dominant leg significantly increase when the players in the experimental group flex and stretch at the angular velocity of 60°/s,and are significantly higher than those in the control group. When the players in the experimental group flex and stretch at the angular velocity of 180°/s,the peak torque and the conventional intensity ratio of the dominant leg are significantly higher than those in the control group,and there is no significant change in the peak power. There is a significant difference in the conventional strength ratio of isokinetic muscle force in the experimental group at the angular velocity of300°/s. According to the study,10 weeks of FIFA + comprehensive warm-up training can significantly enhance the mechanical strength of the knee joint and isokinetic muscle strength of the flexor and extensor muscles.
