高速铁路联调联试是新建高速铁路开通前动态验收的关键环节,采用综合检测列车对高速铁路各系统的功能、性能和系统间匹配关系进行综合测试、调试和优化,是一项过程复杂、需要各部门综合协调的系统试验。由于新线建设初期参与单位多,施工有缺陷,试验周期短、任务重,因此确保联调联试期间的安全尤为重要。通过分析中国铁路武汉局集团有限公司在汉十、郑万高铁同步联调联试工作中积累的安全管理经验,探讨如何采取多种措施做好联调联试安全管理工作。

The testing and commissioning of high speed railway(HSR)serves as key step of dynamic acceptance for newly-built HSR before entering service.Comprehensive inspection car carries out integrated test,commissioning and optimization on the function,performance and matching relation among various systems of HSR,which is a systematic test with complicated process and comprehensive coordination of various departments.On account of different construction units,construction with defectiveness,short test period and heavy task in initial period of construction,it is vital to guarantee the safety during the testing and commissioning.Through analyzing the safety management experience accumulated by China Railway Wuhan Group Co Ltd in the testing and commissioning on Wuhan-Shiyan HSR and Zhengzhou-Wanzhou HSR,the paper discusses how to adopt multiple measures to do a good job in the safety management of the testing and commissioning.
