某高层建筑振动影响测试评估

Vibration Impact Test and Evaluation of a High-rise Building

摘要 以某高层住宅楼为检测对象,对该楼振动情况进行评估,检测该楼周边环境状况对楼体的安全是否有影响,振动是否超出国家有关规范的要求并了解造成该种情况的主要因素。根据环境振动测试实测数据及动态特性分析的结果表明,该振动对楼体的结构安全没有影响,市区主马路和高速公路上车辆行驶是造成振动环境主要影响因素。 Taking a high-rise residential building as the detection object,the vibration of the building is evaluated to check whether the surrounding environmental conditions have an impact on the safety of the building,whether the vibration exceeds the requirements of relevant national regulations,and the main factors causing the situation are understood.According to the measured data of the environmental vibration test and the results of dynamic characteristics analysis,it shows that the vibration has no effect on the structural safety of the building,and the driving of vehicles on the main roads and highways in the urban area is the main influencing factor which causes the vibration environment.
