通风空调系统调试已成为建筑工程建设中的重要组成部分。与用户体验紧密相关的是空气质量和空调运行质量,与建筑本身的使用安全也是非常重要。因此,在建筑工程建设施工中,对于通风与空调系统调试的工艺控制要求不断提升。论文结合多年的施工技术经验对通风与空调系统调试的施工技术要点进行阐述,详细分析了通风与空调系统安装完毕之后通过调试和测定,发现施工过程中存在的问题以及设备性能等问题。

The debugging of ventilation and air conditioning system has become an important part of the construction.Closely related to the user experience is air quality and air conditioning operation quality,and the safety of the use of the building itself is also very important.Therefore,in the construction of construction projects,the process control requirements for ventilation and air-conditioning system debugging are constantly improved.Combined with many years of experience in construction technology,this paper expounds the key points of construction technology of ventilation and air conditioning system debugging,and analyzes in detail the problems existing in the construction process and the performance of equipment through debugging and measurement after the installation of ventilation and air conditioning system.
