摘要
近年来,随着国民经济的高速发展,城镇化进程加快,供水需求明显上升,供水企业电能需求不断增长,电能损耗逐年增加;变压器作为供配电环节中的重要设备,无论在投资费用还是在运行成本中均占据着重要的分量。不断涌现出的新型节能变压器让人眼花缭乱,如何选择经济节能的变压器,降低各个领域的投资和运行成本已成为当今电气设计中的重要内容。文章以福建省明源水厂工程电气设计为基点,阐述如何采用"TOC法"选择节能型变压器。主要有以下几个方面:首先,根据当地供电规则、行业特性、业主需求,选择合理的供配电方案及运行方式,使供配电系统在运行中的损耗减至最低,实现供配电系统的经济运行;其次,根据最新"节能规范"选择出符合经济评价的节能型变压器;再次,根据已选变压器,结合本工程参数,用"TOC法"详细计算,选择出适合本工程的经济变压器,并进行对比总结;最后,通过简化法计算变压器的投资回收年限,进一步呈现出"TOC法"选择节能变压器的经济效果。
In recent years,with the rapid development of the national economy and the acceleration of the urbanization process,the demand for water supply increases significantly,the demand for electricity of water supply enterprises increases continuously,and the loss of electricity increases year by year;as an important equipment in the electricity power supply distribution,transformers occupy an important part in both investment and operation costs.Constantly emerging of new energy-saving transformers makes people dazzling,how to choose the economic energy-saving transformer to reduce the investment and operation cost of all areas has become the important content of current electrical design.Based on the electrical design of Mingyuan Water Plant in Fujian Province,this paper elaborates how to use the"TOC method"to select energy-saving transformers.There are mainly the following aspects:firstly,to choose a reasonable power supply and distribution scheme and operation mode to reduce the loss to a minimum and achieve the economic operation based on the local power supply rules,industry characteristics and owners’demand;secondly,to select the economic transformer suitable for the economic evaluation according to the newest energy-saving rules;thirdly,to select the economic transformer suitable for the project and make a comparative summary on the basis of the selected transformers,project parameters,and the detailed calculation by"TOC method";finally,to calculate the transformer’s investment recovery years by the simplification method to further show the economic effect of energy-saving transformers which are chosen by"TOC method".
