摘要
行走课堂,既指上课、听课、评课,也指参与课堂教学研究。校长行走课堂,是一种专业领导方式,也是一种学校管理文化。校长行走课堂,可以有效培养师生教学习惯,建立学校教学规范,转变教师教学观念,建构课堂教学主张。
Walking in classroom refers to giving lessons,inspecting lessons and assessing lessons as well as participating in classroom teaching research.Headmasters’walking in classroom is a professional style of leadership and also a kind of school administration culture,which can effectively cultivate the teaching and learning habits of teachers and students,establish school teaching standards,change teachers’teaching concepts,and construct the ideas of classroom teaching.
