摘要 随着全球环境规则对CO2、SOX和NOX排放要求日趋严苛,天然气作为燃料其相对较低的市场价格和针对上述3类排放的降低均有显著效果的优势,对新一代船舶的开发具有积极的现实意义。首先,介绍了天然气作为燃料船舶的市场现状,描述了7500车双燃料超巴拿马汽车滚装船的开发背景。着重从主要参数分析、总体布置研究、EEDI分析、C型LNG燃料罐布置分析、与LNG加气相关的位置研究以及透气桅高度风险评估等方面阐述了该船型的开发设计。它是目前世界上在建的最大型、满足IGF规则、采用天然气作为燃料的低油耗、特定工况下无压载水平浮出港的汽车滚装船。最后,指出了配备TierⅢ双燃料低速机推进的新一代汽车滚装船是今后为满足全球环境规则愈加苛刻要求的开发热点。 With increasingly strict global environment regulations on emissions of CO2,SOX and NOX,LNG as fuel,owning the distinctive advantages of relative low price and reducing all these three emissions,has the active effect on the development of new generation vessels.Firstly,the latest market situation of LNG fuelled vessels was introduced and the development background of the LNG fuelled 7500 CEU Post-Panamax PCTC was illustrated.Then,such aspects of the development and design were emphasized as the main parameters analysis,general layout study,EEDI analysis,type C LNG tanks location analysis,LNG filling related layout study and risk assessment of vent mast height.The vessel is the largest LNG fuelled PCTC ever under the construction in the world at present,with the characteristics of satisfying IGF code,taking LNG as fuel for a low fuel oil consumption and departure without ballast at even keel under special loading conditions.Finally,it was pointed out that the new generation PCTC equipped with Tier III duel fuel low speed main engine would be a development hot spot in order to meet the increasingly strict global environment regulations in the future.
