摘要
为满足我国南海油气及渔业资源开发、深海后勤保障以及深远海岛礁生活和建设等方面开发的紧迫需求,根据国内外海洋工程技术与装备现状以及南海环境条件,提出了适宜我国南海开发的大型多功能深海浮式基地(简称“基地”)方案。“基地”是以深海油气开发为主,兼顾深海能源补给物资中转、深海资源环境科考以及深海救助等功能的大型多功能深海浮式结构。同时对该“基地”进行了水动力分析,研究了“基地”在南海海域应用的可行性。计算结果表明:该基地水动力性能良好,其主体垂荡、纵摇RAO峰值均避开了南海最大有义波高所对应的波浪周期。
Based on the status of offshore engineering technologies and equipment at home and abroad,and the environmental conditions in South China Sea as well,the conceptual design of a large multifunctional deep-sea floating base(hereinafter referred to as“Base”)was proposed to meet the urgent demand of the oil/gas exploitation,fishery resources development,deep-sea logistics support and the life and construction of deep sea islands and reefs in south China sea.The“Base”is a large multi-functional deep-sea floating structure with main function of deep-sea oil/gas exploitation and auxiliary functions such as deep-sea energy/supplies transit,deep-sea resources and environmental scientific investigation,and deep-sea rescue.The hydrodynamic analysis was conducted and the feasibility of“Base”in the environment of South China Sea was investigated.The results showed that the hydrodynamic performance of“Base”was good and the peak values of heave and pitch RAO of“Base”could avoid the peak values of the wave period in the sea area.
