UI SC 246对舵机选型及舵系设计的影响分析

摘要 UI SC 246作为SOLAS对于舵机要求的补充规范,相较于现有规范而言,新规范对船舶在极端工况下航行时舵机的可靠性提出了很高的要求。对设计者来说,新规范的生效对舵机选型及舵系设计都产生了很大的影响。首先解读了新规范要求的具体内容,并结合实际案例对新规范公式的推导过程进行分析。解读了不同类型、不同厂家的舵机,并应用规范计算方法在实船进行分析。对设计中会遇到的舵机选型及舵系布置等问题,提出了调整建议。 Compared with the existing rules,UI SC 246,a supplementary to SOLAS,put forward higher requirement for the reliability of the steering gear under extreme conditions.For the designer,the effectiveness of the new rules had a great impact on the selection and design of steering gear.The specific content of the new requirements was interpreted and the derivation process of the new formula with the actual cases was analyzed.The steering gears of different types and manufacturers were studied and the application of standard calculation method to real ship was presented.Some adjustment suggestions were proposed for the selection of steering gear and arrangement of the steering gear system.
