深潜水作业支持船月池角隅谱疲劳分析

摘要 通过对疲劳强度的评估方法及原理的梳理,并基于DNV开发的SESAM软件,对某潜水作业支持船月池角隅热点的疲劳强度进行评估和分析。根据三维势流理论求全船水动力载荷和总体响应,通过有限元方法计算出角隅疲劳热点应力响应,再基于S-N曲线的谱分析法和线性累积损伤理论计算热点疲劳损伤值,进而得到月池角隅处设计寿命。 The method and theory of fatigue assessment were introduced and utilized to analyze the hot spots of a deep diving support vessel in terms of its moon pool corners based on SESAM software developed by DNV.The three-dimension potential theory was used to obtain the hydrodynamic load and global response.The stress response of corner fatigue hot spot was calculated by FEA.Then,the fatigue damage of each hot spot was obtained based on SN-curve-based spectral method and the Miner’s accumulative theory.The design life of the moon pool corner was obtained accordingly.
