摘要
太阳辐射是航空救生装备使用过程中无法回避的一种环境条件,尤其是在高空飞行时。特纺材料作为装备的主体材料,其耐光性能应能满足产品设计和使用的需求。研究了太阳辐射总量对特纺材料拉伸断裂强力的影响,并对两者之间的变化趋势进行预测。结果发现,随着曝晒周期的延长,太阳辐射量逐渐增加,特纺材料的拉伸断裂强力呈现近似线性的趋势降低。
Solar radiation is an unavoidable environmental condition in the use of aviation life-saving equipment, especially at the high-altitude flying time. As the main material of the equipment, the light resistance of the textile material should meet the requirements of product design and use. The influence of total solar radiation on tensile breaking strength of textured materials was studied and the variation trend between them was predicted. The results show that with the extension of the exposure period, the amount of solar radiation increases gradually, and the tensile breaking strength of the textile material decreases in an approximate linear trend.
