短纤维种类及工艺设计对成纱质量的影响分析

Analysis on the influence of staple fiber type and process design on yarn quality

分析了原棉、生条、精梳中的短纤维对JC50/MOD50 40SK紧密纺主要成纱质量的影响,并对生产流程中出现短纤维过高的情况进行工艺改进分析。结果发现:随着使用原棉、生条及精梳中的短纤维的种类不同,获得的成纱质量也不同;通过改进工艺过程,可以提高成纱的质量。

The influence of staple fibers in raw cotton, raw strip and combing on the main yarn quality of JC50/MOD50 40SKcompact spinning was analyzed. The process improvement was analyzed on the situation that staple fibers were too high in the production process. The results showed that the yarn quality was different with the types of raw cotton, raw strip and combed staple fibers. The quality of the yarn could be improved by improving the process.
