麻醉深度指数在老年手术患者中的指导意义

Guiding significance of anesthesia depth index in surgery of elderly patients

目的分析麻醉深度指数在老年手术患者中的指导意义。方法选取我院接受手术治疗的老年患者120例,随机将其分为A组和B组,各60例。A组术中调控麻醉深度指数在37~46,B组麻醉深度指数在57~64。比较两组的麻醉效果。结果A组的苏醒时间短于B组,瑞芬太尼、丙泊酚使用剂量少于B组(P<0.05)。麻醉诱导后,B组的心率显著低于A组,插管时及切皮时,B组的心率显著高于A组(P<0.05);插管时、切皮时、手术结束时,B组的平均动脉压显著高于A组(P<0.05)。结论麻醉深度指数的变化会影响老年手术患者的麻醉后苏醒情况,使用瑞芬太尼、丙泊酚维持麻醉时可控制麻醉深度指数在37~46,有助于下调术中麻醉药的剂量,改善苏醒质量。

Objective To analyze the guiding significance of anesthesia depth index in surgery of elderly patients.Methods A total of 120 elderly patients undergoing surgical treatment in our hospital were randomly divided into group A and group B,with 60 cases in each group.The anesthesia depth index of the group A during operation was 37-46,and the anesthesia depth index of the group B was 57-64.The anesthetic effects were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of the group A was shorter than that of the group B,and the dosages of remifentanil and propofol were less than those of the group B(P<0.05).After anesthesia induction,the heart rate of the group B was significantly lower than that of the group A,during intubation and skin cutting,the heart rate of the group B were significantly higher than those of the group A(P<0.05);during intubation,skin cutting,and at the end of the operation,the mean arterial pressure in the group B were significantly higher than those in the group A(P<0.05).Conclusion The change of anesthesia depth index will affect the recovery of elderly patients after anesthesia.When remifentanil and propofol are used to maintain anesthesia,the anesthesia depth index can be controlled at 37-46,which is helpful to reduce the dosage of anesthesia drugs during operation and improve the recovery quality.
