西帕依固龈液联合龈下刮治对牙周炎患者炎性因子的影响

Effect of Xipayi gingival fluid combined with subgingival curettage on inflammatory factors in patients with periodontitis

目的探讨西帕依固龈液联合龈下刮治对牙周炎患者炎性因子的影响。方法将2019年1月至2019年12月收治的64例牙周炎患者以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各32例。对照组采用超声龈下刮治联合无菌蒸馏水冲洗治疗,观察组采用超声龈下刮治联合西帕依固龈液治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组PI、PD、SBI、AL、IL-6、CRP、IFN-α水平均显著低于对照组与治疗前(P<0.05)。结论采用西帕依固龈液联合龈下刮治治疗牙周炎的治疗效果较好,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of Xipayi gingival fluid combined with subgingival curettage on inflammatory factors in patients with periodontitis.Methods A total of 64 patients with periodontitis treated from January 2019 to December 2019 were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ultrasonic subgingival curettage combined with sterile distilled water washing,and the observation group was treated with Xipayi gingival fluid combined with ultrasonic subgingival curettage.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,PI,PD,SBI,AL,the levels of IL-6,CRP and IFN-αin the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group and before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Xipayi gingival fluid combined with subgingival curettage in patients with periodontitis has significant effect,which is worth promoting in clinic.
