针灸结合中药治疗腰间盘突出症的临床效果

Clinical effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine on lumbar disc herniation

目的分析针灸结合中药治疗腰间盘突出症的临床效果。方法选取医院2014—2019年收治的120例腰间盘突出症患者,以抽签分组方式将其分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组应用中药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合针灸治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的JOA评分均较升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率为高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的ODI和VAS评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸结合中药治疗腰间盘突出症患者疗效显著,可显著缓解患者腰部活动受限、腰痛等症状,改善其腰椎功能。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine on lumbar disc herniation.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted in the hospital from 2014 to 2019 were divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,JOA score of the two groups increased,and that of the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of ODI and VAS after treatment of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine is effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,which can significantly alleviate the symptoms of low back activity and pain,and improve the lumbar function.
