优化绿色通道流程在急性缺血性脑卒中静脉溶栓治疗中的价值

Value of optimizing green channel process in intravenous thrombolysis for acute ischemic stroke

目的研究优化绿色通道流程在急性缺血性脑卒中静脉溶栓治疗中的价值。方法选取2016年1月至2019年1月我院脑卒中绿色通道收治的经静脉溶栓治疗的78例急性缺血性脑卒中患者作为研究对象,根据实施绿色通道流程优化前、后内容的不同分为对照组和研究组,其中绿色通道流程优化前(2016年1月至2017年12月)就诊的39例急性缺血性脑卒中患者作为对照组,绿色通道流程优化后(2018年1月至2019年1月)就诊的39例急性缺血性脑卒中患者作为研究组。比较两组发病后各项就诊时间、神经功能缺损程度改善情况。结果研究组发病至急诊时间、发病至静脉溶栓治疗时间、入院就诊至CT检查时间、入院就诊至化验检查时间、入院就诊至化验检查结果时间、入院就诊至心电图时间、入院就诊至会诊时间、谈话时间、入院就诊至静脉溶栓治疗时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组,神经功能缺损程度改善总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性缺血性脑卒中静脉溶栓治疗中优化绿色通道流程的效果显著,可有效缩短患者发病后各项时间,尤其是入院就诊至静脉溶栓治疗时间,还可有效改善患者神经功能缺损程度。

Objective To study the value of optimizing green channel process in intravenous thrombolytic for acute ischemic stroke.Methods Seventy-eight patients with acute ischemic stroke treated by intravenous thrombolysis in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were selected as the study objects.According to the different content of green channel process before and after optimization,the patients were divided into control group and study group.Among them,39 patients with acute ischemic stroke who were treated before the optimization of the green channel process(January 2016 to December 2017)were taken as the control group,and 39 patients with acute ischemic stroke who were treated after the optimization of the green channel process(January 2018 to January 2019)were taken as the study group.The time of each visit and improvement of neurological deficit were compared between the two groups.Results The time from onset to emergency,from onset to intravenous thrombolytic therapy,from admission to CT examination,from admission to laboratory examination,from admission to laboratory examination results,from admission to electrocardiogram,from admission to consultation,conversation,from admission to intravenous thrombolytic therapy,and hospital stay in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the total effective rate of improving the degree of neurological deficit was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The optimizing green channel process in intravenous thrombolytic therapy for acute ischemic stroke has remarkable effect,which can effectively shorten the time of each visit,especially from admission to intravenous thrombolytic therapy,and improve the degree of neurological deficit.
