微课教学在风湿免疫学科临床教学中的体会与思考——以“关节查体”为例

摘要 “微课”的教学模式彻底颠覆了以往“满堂灌”“填鸭式”的教学模式,打破传统课堂的局限性,其将重点转向学生,以学生学习为主体,激发了学习兴趣和主观能动性。本文分析“微课”在风湿免疫关节查体中的教学成效和运用的意义,探讨现代医学教学的发展思路和教学手段的规律,证实微课这样的教学形式是值得我们在风湿免疫学科的教学中推广应用的。 The teaching mode of"micro-lesson"completely overturns the previous teaching mode of"cramming education"and breaks the limitation of traditional class.It focuses on students and takes students'learning as the main body,which stimulates their learning interest and subjective initiative.This paper analyzes the teaching effect and application significance of"micro-lesson"on joint examination of rheumatic immunology,probes into the development thinking of modern medical teaching and the law of teaching means,and proves that the teaching form of micro-lesson is worth popularizing and applying in the teaching of rheumatic immunology.
