延髓梗死导致神经麻痹性角膜炎1例及文献回顾

Neuroparalytic keratitis caused by bulbar infarction:a case report and literature review

神经麻痹性角膜炎(NK)亦称神经营养性角膜炎,是因三叉神经受损失去神经支配导致角膜敏感性下降,出现角膜营养障碍,导致角膜溃疡、融解和穿孔。常见发病原因为外伤、手术、炎症、肿瘤等。中枢神经系统病变导致的NK相对罕见,易被误诊为感染性角膜炎,抗感染治疗效果欠佳,从而延误治疗。目前国内延髓梗死导致NK相关报道较少,为提高对该病的认识,本研究拟结合文献回顾我科1例延髓梗死导致的NK患者的临床资料。

Neuroparalytic keratitis(NK)also known as neurotrophic keratitis,is caused by the loss of innervation of the trigeminal nerve,which leads to the decrease of corneal sensitivity,the occurrence of corneal dystrophy,and corneal ulcer,melting and perforation.The common causes of NK are trauma,operation,inflammation,tumor,etc.However,NK caused by changes in the central nervous system is relatively rare,which is easy to be misdiagnosed as infectious keratitis,leading to poor effect of anti-infection treatment,thus delaying treatment.At present,there are few reports about NK caused by bulbar infarction in China.In order to improve the understanding of this disease,this study will review the clinical data of a case of NK caused by bulbar infarction in our department.
