成人开放式腹股沟疝无张力修补术后切口感染治疗体会

Experience in the treatment of incision infection after tension-free repair of open inguinal hernia in adults

目的探讨成人开放式腹股沟疝无张力修补术后切口感染的诊断与治疗方法。方法回顾性分析2016年7月至2019年8月安徽省利辛县人民医院外三科经治的成人开放式无张力修补术后切口感染患者15例的临床资料,其中1例为外院转入,其余患者初次手术均在本科室完成。所有患者均经过积极、及早的非手术或手术干预治疗。分析治疗效果。结果15例患者中2例因深层感染取出修补材料,其余患者修补材料经治疗后未予取出。所有患者均经积极治疗切口愈合后康复出院。所有患者随访暂时无疝复发、切口再次感染及局部窦道形成。结论成人开放式腹股沟疝无张力修补术后切口感染的原因及临床表现不尽相同,一旦诊断明确,经过积极的非手术或手术治疗一般可获得满意的效果。

Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment method of incision infection after tension-free repair of open inguinal hernia in adults.Methods From July 2016 to August 2019,the clinical data of 15 patients with incision infection after tension-free repair of open inguinal hernia in the No.3 surgery department of Lixin county people's hospital of Anhui province were analyzed retrospectively.One patient was transferred from the outside hospital,and the first operation of the other patients were completed in our department.All patients underwent active and early non-surgical or surgical intervention.The treatment effects were analyzed.Results In the 15 patients,2 cases of them were taken out of the repair materials due to deep infection,and the rest were not taken out after treatment.All the patients recovered and discharged after the incision healing.All patients were followed up without recurrence of hernia,reinfection of incision and local sinus formation.Conclusion The causes and clinical manifestations of incision infection after tension-free repair of open inguinal hernia in adults are not the same.Once the diagnosis is clear,positive non-surgical or surgical treatment can obtain satisfactory results generally.
