单侧经皮椎体成形术治疗老年椎体压缩性骨折患者的临床效果与安全性

Clinical effect and safety of unilateral percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of vertebral compression fracture in the elderly patients

目的探究单侧经皮椎体成形术治疗老年椎体压缩性骨折患者的临床效果与安全性。方法将120例老年椎体压缩性骨折患者根据治疗方式不同分为参照组与研究组,各60例。参照组采用常规保守治疗,研究组采用单侧经皮椎体成形术治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后3 d,两组的VAS、ODI评分均降低,MBI评分升高,且研究组优于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组的术后并发症总发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论单侧经皮椎体成形术治疗老年椎体压缩性骨折患者,具有较好的临床疗效及安全性。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of unilateral percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of vertebral compression fracture in the elderly patients.Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with vertebral compression fracture were divided into reference group and study group by the different treatment methods,with 60 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with conventional conservative treatment,and the study group was treated with unilateral percutaneous vertebroplasty.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results On the third day after treatment,the scores of VAS and ODI in the two groups decreased,and the score of MBI increased,and those in the study group were better than the reference group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Unilateral percutaneous vertebroplasty has good clinical effect and safety in the treatment of vertebral compression fracture in the elderly patients.
