低分子肝素钙预防普外科术后静脉血栓的作用

Effect of low molecular weight heparin calcium on preventing venous thrombosis after operation in general surgery

目的探析低分子肝素钙预防普外科术后静脉血栓的作用。方法将210例普外科患者按是否术前皮下注射低分子肝素钙分为观察组和对照组,各105例。观察组于术前1~2 h开始皮下注射低分子肝素钙,对照组不行抗凝治疗。比较两组患者术后静脉血栓发生率、临床症状及凝血指标。结果观察组静脉血栓发生率及临床症状发生情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3、5 d,观察组的PT、APTT、FIB、D-D均优于术后1 d及对照组(P<0.05);术后5 d,观察组的PT、APTT、FIB、D-D均优于术后3 d(P<0.05)。结论低分子肝素钙能够明显降低普外科术后静脉血栓发生率,并改善患者的凝血指标水平。

Objective To investigate the effect of low molecular weight heparin calcium on preventing venous thrombosis after operation in general surgery.Methods A total of 210 patients in general surgery were divided into observation group and control group according to whether low molecular weight heparin calcium injected subcutaneously before operation,with 105 cases in each group.The observation group received subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin calcium at 1~2 h before surgery,while the control group did not receive anticoagulant therapy.The incidence of venous thrombosis after operation,clinical symptoms and coagulation indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of venous thrombosis and clinical symptoms of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).At 3 and 5 days after surgery,PT,APTT,FIB and D-D in the observation group were better than those in the control group and at 1 days after surgery(P<0.05);at 5 days after operation,PT,APTT,FIB and D-D in the observation group were all better than those at 3 days after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin calcium can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative venous thrombosis in general surgery,and improve the level of coagulation indexes of patients.
