磁共振全身弥散加权成像与核素平面骨现象诊断肺癌骨转移的价值对比 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨磁共振全身弥散加权成像(WB-DWI)与核素平面骨现象诊断肺癌骨转移的价值。方法选取我院收治的44例疑似肺癌骨转移患者,通过核素平面骨与WB-DWI扫描对患者进行诊断,分析两种方式的诊断价值。结果44例患者中病理诊断骨转移36例。36例阳性患者累及区域364处,包含肋骨54处、颈椎24处、胸椎90处、腰椎32处、胫腓骨8处、颅骨22处、肩胛骨12处、胸锁骨26处、盆骨56处、股骨34处、肱骨6处。Kappa分析核素平面骨与WB-DWI扫描病灶数目的k值分别为0.74和0.84。两种方式的骨转移瘤检测结果没有显著差异(P>0.05)。结论核素平面骨与WB-DWI扫描均具有较高诊断准确度。 Objective To investigate the value of magnetic resonance whole body diffusion weighted imaging(WB-DWI)and radionuclide plane bone in the diagnosis of bone metastasis of lung cancer.Methods Forty-four patients suspected with bone metastases of lung cancer admitted in our hospital were selected and diagnosed by radionuclide plane bone and WB-DWI scan.The diagnosis value of the two methods were analyzed.Results Of the 44 patients,36 cases were bone metastases by pathology.In 36 cases positive patients,364 areas were involved,including rib 54,cervical vertebra 24,thoracic vertebra 90,lumbar vertebra 32,tibiofibula 8,skull 22,scapula 12,chest clavicle 26,pelvis 56,femurs 34 and humerus 6.Kappa analysis showed that the k value of lesions number in radionuclide plane bone and WB-DWI was 0.74 and 0.84 respectively.There was no significant difference between the two methods in the results of detecting bone metastasis(P>0.05).Conclusion The radionuclide plane bone and WB-DWI scan have higher diagnostic accuracy.
