消栓通络膏联合利伐沙班治疗脑卒中合并下肢静脉血栓的临床效果

Clinical effect of Xiaoshuan Tongluo plaster combined with rivaroxaban in the treatment of stroke with venous thrombosis of lower extremity

目的探究消栓通络膏联合利伐沙班治疗脑卒中合并下肢静脉血栓的临床效果。方法选取我院2017年8月至2019年8月收治的脑卒中后下肢静脉血栓的64例患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组(32例,外敷消栓通络膏+口服利伐沙班)和对照组(32例,口服利伐沙班)。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,试验组的凝血酶原时间(PT)、血小板(PLT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、D-二聚体水平均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的治愈率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消栓通络膏联合利伐沙班治疗脑卒中合并下肢静脉血栓的临床效果显著,能有效缩短治疗周期,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiaoshuan Tongluo plaster combined with rivaroxaban in the treatment of stroke with venous thrombosis of lower extremity.Methods A total of 64 patients with venous thrombosis of lower extremity after stroke admitted in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were selected and divided into experimental group(32 cases,external application of Xiaoshuan Tongluo plaster+oral rivaroxaban)and control group(32 cases,oral rivaroxaban)by random number table method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the prothrombin time(PT),platelet(PLT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and level of D-Dimer in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05);the cure rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoshuan Tongluo plaster combined with rivaroxaban in the treatment of stroke with venous thrombosis of lower extremity has a significant clinical effect,it can effectively shorten the treatment cycle and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
