消毒利黄汤联合穴位按摩治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果

Clinical effect of Xiaodu Lihuang decoction combined with acupoint massage on neonatal jaundice

目的观察消毒利黄汤联合穴位按摩治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果。方法将我院2016年1月至2019年12月收治的186例新生儿黄疸患儿根据治疗方式不同分为对照组(n=93,蓝光照射)和观察组(n=93,蓝光照射+消毒利黄汤+穴位按摩)。对比两组血清胆红素水平、不良反应发生情况及临床疗效。结果观察组治疗后1、3、5 d的血清胆红素和游离胆红素水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率明显低于对照组,治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在光照疗法的基础上采用消毒利黄汤联合穴位按摩治疗新生儿黄疸效果显著,能降低血清胆红素水平和不良反应发生率。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiaodu Lihuang decoction combined with acupoint massage on neonatal jaundice.Methods One hundred and eighty-six cases of neonatal jaundice treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 were divided into control group(n=93,blue light irradiation)and observation group(n=93,blue light irradiation+Xiaodu Lihuang decoction+acupoint massage)according to different treatment methods.The serum bilirubin level,adverse reactions and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of serum bilirubin and free bilirubin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at the 1st,3rd and 5th day after treatment(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaodu Lihuang decoction combined with acupoint massage on the basis of light therapy applied to neonatal jaundice can get significant effect,which can reduce the level of serum bilirubin and the incidence of adverse reactions.
