中医辨证治疗支气管扩张的临床效果

Clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation in the treatment of bronchiectasis

目的探讨中医辨证治疗支气管扩张的临床效果。方法选取44例支气管扩张患者,随机分为对照组(22例,常规西药治疗)和研究组(22例,常规西药+中医辨证治疗)。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的氧分压、二氧化碳分压均优于治疗前,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的咳嗽、咯痰、咯血、胸痛/胸闷、喘促、乏力积分均明显低于对照组及治疗前(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证治疗支气管扩张的临床效果显著,可以改善血气分析指标及临床症状。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation in the treatment of bronchiectasis.Methods A total of 44 patients with bronchiectasis were selected and randomly divided into control group(22 cases,conventional western medicine treatment)and study group(22 cases,conventional western medicine+traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the oxygen partial pressure and carbon dioxide partial pressure in the two groups were better than those before treatment,and those in the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of cough,expectoration,hemoptysis,chest pain/chest distress,dyspnea and asthenia in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group and before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation in the treatment of bronchiectasis has a significant clinical effect,which can improve the blood gas analysis indexes and clinical symptoms.
