关节镜前交叉韧带重建术联合桃红四物汤对前交叉韧带损伤患者早期膝关节功能及稳定性的影响

Effect of arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction combined with Taohong Siwu decoction on the early knee joint function and stability in patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury

目的探讨关节镜前交叉韧带(ACL)重建术联合桃红四物汤对ACL损伤患者早期膝关节功能及稳定性的影响。方法将90例ACL损伤患者随机分为对照组与观察组,各45例。两组均行膝关节镜下ACL重建术,观察组加服桃红四物汤。比较两组的膝关节功能、稳定性及活动度。结果T1、T2时,两组的WOMAC评分、前抽屉试验、Lachman试验的阳性率、膝关节活动度均降低,IKDC评分均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论关节镜ACL重建术联合桃红四物汤治疗ACL损伤,可有效改善膝关节功能、稳定性及活动度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)reconstruction combined with Taohong Siwu decoction on the early knee joint function and stability in patients with ACL injury.Methods A total of 90 patients with ACL injury were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with arthroscopic ACL reconstruction,and the observation group was treated with Taohong Siwu decoction.The knee joint function,stability and mobility of the two groups were compared.Results At T1 and T2,the scores of WOMAC,the positive rates of anterior drawer test and Lachman test,the knee joint mobility in the two groups decreased,and the scores of IKDC increased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic ACL reconstruction combined with Taohong Siwu decoction in the treatment of ACL injury can effectively improve the function,stability and mobility of knee joint,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
