摘要
目的比较浅刺针法与常规针刺治疗颈型颈椎病的效果。方法将我院治疗的106例颈型颈椎病患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组(53例,常规针刺)和观察组(53例,浅刺针法)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组颈部症状、ROM、MPQ、NPQ及PSQI评分低于对照组,痛阈值高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论浅刺针法治疗颈型颈椎病的效果优于常规针刺,能够缓解患者的疼痛及伴随症状,提高其颈部活动度及睡眠质量。
Objective To compare the effect of superficial acupuncture and routine acupuncture on cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of 106 patients with cervical spondylosis treated in our hospital were divided into control group(53 cases,routine acupuncture)and observation group(53 cases,superficial acupuncture)according to random number table method.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of neck symptoms,ROM,MPQ,NPQ and PSQI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the pain threshold was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The superficial acupuncture on cervical spondylosis has better therapeutic effect than routine acupuncture.It can relieve pain and accompanying symptoms,improve cervical mobility and sleep quality of patients.
