固定照护者参与式的延伸护理服务对缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者的影响

Effect of participation of fixed caregivers in extended care service on patients with ischemic stroke in recovery period

目的探讨固定照护者参与式的延伸护理服务对缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2018年8月至2019年5月收治的106例缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者,按照入院时间将其分为参照组(53例,常规护理干预)和研究组(53例,常规护理干预+固定照护者参与式的延伸护理)。比较两组出院前、出院后1、3个月NIHSS评分、Barthel指数及FMA评分;比较两组的并发症发生情况、再次入院率及护理满意度。结果出院1、3个月后,研究组的Barthel指数、FMA评分高于参照组,NIHSS评分低于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症总发生率、再次入院率均明显低于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组的护理满意度明显高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论缺血性脑卒中恢复期采用固定照护者参与式的延伸护理服务,能降低并发症发生率、再次入院率,促进神经功能、运动功能恢复,改善生活质量,提高护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of participation in fixed caregivers in extended care service on patients with ischemic stroke in recovery period.Methods A total of 106 patients with ischemic stroke in recovery period admitted in our hospital from August 2018 to May 2019 were selected and divided into reference group(53 cases,routine nursing intervention)and study group(53 cases,routine nursing intervention+participation of rixed caregivers extended care)according to admission time.The NIHSS score,Barthel index and FMA scores of the two groups before discharge,1 and 3 months after discharge were compared;the complications,readmission rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results At 1 and 3 months after discharge,the Barthel index and FMA scores of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the NIHSS score was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications and readmission rate in the study group were significantly lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the study group was significantly higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the recovery period of ischemic stroke,the participation of fixed caregivers extended care service can reduce the incidence of complications and readmission rate,promote the recovery of nerve function and motor function,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
