外剥内扎术联合荷包缝合术治疗混合痔的临床效果

Clinical effect of milligan-morgan hemorrhoidectomy combined with purse-stringsuture in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids

目的分析外剥内扎术联合荷包缝合术治疗混合痔的临床效果。方法选择2018年2月至2019年3月本院接收的120例混合痔患者作为研究对象,采用数字随机分组法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组患者实施外剥内扎术治疗,观察组患者则在对照组基础上联合荷包缝合术治疗。比较两组混合痔患者的治疗效果。结果两组患者的手术耗时和住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者的创面愈合时间明显短于对照组,肛门疼痛评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的排尿障碍、皮赘形成及术后出血发生率均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的肛门直肠狭窄发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论外剥内扎术联合荷包缝合术治疗混合痔患者的效果显著,不仅可以有效预防相关并发症的发生,且有利于创面愈合及患者机体康复,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of milligan-morgan hemorrhoidectomy combined with purse-string suture in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods From February 2018 to March 2019,120 patients with mixed hemorrhoids received in our hospital were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the method of digital random grouping,with 60 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with milligan-morgan hemorrhoidectomy,while patients in the observation group were treated with purse-string suture on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results There were no significant differences in operation time and hospital stays between the two groups(P>0.05);the wound healing time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the anal pain score was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidences of dysuria,skin neoplasm and postoperative bleeding in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of anorectal stenosis between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Milligan-morgan hemorrhoidectomy combined with purse-string suture has a significant effect in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids,it can not only effectively prevent the occurrence of related complications,but also be beneficial to wound healing and the body rehabilitation of patients,which is worthy of promotion and application.
