结肠镜辅助腹腔镜下直肠息肉切除术治疗直肠息肉的效果

Effect of colonoscopy-assisted laparoscopic polypectomy of rectumin the treatment of rectal polyps

目的探讨结肠镜辅助腹腔镜下直肠息肉切除术治疗直肠息肉的临床效果。方法将我院收治的60例直肠息肉患者根据手术方法不同分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组行结肠镜直肠息肉切除术,观察组行结肠镜与腹腔镜下直肠息肉切除术。比较两组的临床效果。结果两组术后第1、3、5天的VAS评分及术中出血量比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。观察组的手术时间、肛门排气时间、进食恢复时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在直肠息肉的临床治疗中,给予结肠镜辅助腹腔镜下直肠息肉切除术有助于促进患者的术后恢复,具备临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of colonoscopy-assisted laparoscopic polypectomy of rectum in the treatment of rectal polyps.Methods Sixty patients with rectal polyps admitted in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to different surgical methods,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received rectal polypectomy under colonoscopy,and the observation group received colonoscopy-assisted laparoscopic polypectomy of rectum.The clinical effects of two groups were compared.Results There were no significant differences in VAS scores on the 1st,3rd and 5th day after operation and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).The operation time,anal exhaust time,feeding recovery time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of rectal polyps,colonoscopy-assisted laparoscopic polypectomy of rectum is helpful to promote the postoperative recovery of patients,which has clinical promotion value.
