清解透表汤联合银翘散加减治疗小儿手足口病的效果

Effect of modified Qingjie Toubiao decoction combined with Yinqiao powder on hand,foot and mouth disease in children

目的探讨清解透表汤联合银翘散加减治疗小儿手足口病的效果。方法选择2016年1月至2019年1月我院儿科收治的120例小儿手足口病患儿,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组给予常规西医治疗方案,观察组在对照组基础上给予清解透表汤联合银翘散加减治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,退热时间、疱疹消失时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组IgM、IgG、IgA水平均升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清解透表汤联合银翘散加减治疗小儿手足口病可提高临床效果,缩短患儿恢复时间,提高免疫力。

Objective To explore the effect of modified Qingjie Toubiao decoction combined with Yinqiao powder on hand,foot and mouth disease in children.Methods From January 2016 to January 2019,120 children with hand,foot and mouth disease admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,and the observation group was treated with modified Qingjie Toubiao decoction combined with Yinqiao powder on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the antipyretic time,disappearance time of herpes,hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgM,IgG and IgA in the two groups increased,and those in observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified Qingjie Toubiao decoction combined with Yinqiao powder on hand,foot and mouth disease in children can improve the clinical efficacy,shorten the recovery time and improve immunity.
