摘要
目的探讨以问题为基础的健康教育对艾滋病患者术后生活质量的影响。方法选择2014年2月至2016年2月我院接收并诊治的艾滋病患者70例为研究对象,所有患者均接受外科手术进行治疗。采用随机数字法将患者分为参照组和观察组,每组35例。参照组患者采用常规健康教育护理,观察组患者采用以问题为基础的健康教育护理。比较两组患者护理前、后的ESCA评分、Frankl依从量表评分及SF-36评分。结果护理后,两组患者的ESCA评分均较护理前明显升高,且观察组明显高于参照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者Frankl依从量表评分均明显高于护理前,且观察组明显高于参照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者各项SF-36评分均较护理前明显升高,且观察组明显高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予艾滋病术后患者以问题为基础的健康教育,能够明显提高患者的自我护理能力、治疗依从性和生活质量,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To investigate the influence of problem-based health education on the quality of life of acquired immune deficiency syndrome patients after operation.Methods From February 2014 to February 2016,70 acquired immune deficiency syndrome patients received and treated in our hospital were selected as the study objects,and all patients were treated by surgery.The patients were divided into reference group and observation group by the random number method,with 35 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine health education and nursing,while the observation group was given problem-based health education and nursing.The scores of ESCA,Frankl compliance scale and SF-36 before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the ESCA score of the two groups was significantly higher than that before nursing,and that of the observation group was significantly higher than the reference group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scoreof Frankl compliance scale in the two groups was significantly higher than that before nursing,and that of the observation group was significantly higher than the reference group(P<0.05).After nursing,the SF-36 scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before nursing,and those of the observation group were significantly higher than the reference group,and the differences were statistically significnat(P<0.05).Conclusion The problem-based health education for acquired immune deficiency syndrome patients after operation can significantly improve their self-care ability,treatment compliance and quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
