汉中地区有上消化道症状患者的幽门螺旋杆菌感染情况及危险因素分析

Analysis of Helicobacter pylori infection and risk factors in patients with upper gastrointestinal symptoms in Hanzhong area

目的分析汉中地区有上消化道症状的患者幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)感染情况及危险因素。方法将我院收治的有上消化道症状患者640例纳入本研究,对所有患者行Hp检查,采用单因素、Logistic回归分析法分析Hp阳性发生的影响因素。结果640例有消化道症状的患者Hp阳性率为72.03%。饮酒、胃癌、消化性溃疡和慢性胃炎均为有消化道症状患者Hp阳性发生的危险因素,经济收入、反流性食管炎为有消化道症状患者Hp阳性发生的保护性因素(P<0.05)。结论Hp感染在汉中地区有消化道症状的患者中发生率较高,临床中应对有上消化道症状的患者开展Hp感染相关知识的健康教育,促使其养成良好的生活和饮食习惯,培养健康理念,以降低Hp感染风险。

Objective To analyze the Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection and risk factors in patients with upper gastrointestinal symptoms in Hanzhong area.Methods A total of 640 patients with upper gastrointestinal symptoms who treated in our hospital were enrolled into the study.All patients were examined for Hp.Single factor and Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the influence factors of Hp positive.Results The positive rate of Hp in 640 patients with gastrointestinal symptoms was 72.03%.Drinking,gastric cancer,peptic ulcer and chronic gastritis were risk factors of Hp positive in patients with gastrointestinal symptoms,economic income and reflux esophagitis were protective factors of Hp positive in patients with gastrointestinal symptoms(P<0.05).Conclusion HP infection has a high incidence in patients with digestive tract symptoms in Hanzhong area.In clinical practice,health education on HP infection related knowledge should be carried out for patients with upper digestive tract symptoms,so as to promote patients to develop good living and eating habits,cultivate health concept,and reduce the risk of HP infection.
